Shipping and Return
** Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Such fees are usually levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient - it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for more information if you have any uncertainties as these can vary significantly depending on the country. Also note that customs clearance procedures could cause an unforeseen delay in overall shipping time which is out of our control.
Returns & Exchange
Received the wrong item? Package damaged in transit? Or was there something else wrong? Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. and pictures of your item(s) with the following details:
- Reasons for your return (defect/wrong item/damaged during transit)
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipping
- Clothing items must be unworn & in original packaging with tags attached
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the refund.
